Dear Fellow SMGSA Members,

Recently, many of you may have received flyers announcing the formation of the Arcadia Girls Softball Association. If you haven't heard already, Arcadia American Little League's girls softball program switched to ASA for the 2007 season.

SMGSA welcomes the addition of another ASA program in the area and looks forward to the increased competition, not only on the field, but also for league players.

SMGSA has been associated with ASA for nearly 15 years and we've clearly demonstrated that we're the biggest and best girls softball program in the area. Rest assured, knowing we plan to keep it that way.

SMGSA is the answer when girls are looking for the best place to play in the San Gabriel Valley. Many of our alumnae have gone on to successful travel, high school, and college softball careers.

SMGSA's spring season is a competitive, action packed affair. Our league staff and coaches work hard to develop all league players, regardless of talent.

SMGSA is large enough to sustain itself and we only interleague with other area programs by choice, not need. We also offer far more post-season playing opportunities than any area league. Last year, SMGSA fielded seven all star teams, in four divisions of play.

Don't cheat yourself.......to be the best, you have to play for the best!! SMGSA is confident you won't be disappointed and we look forward to your continued participation.
